Associate (Operations) is an active on-ground managerial role responsible for launching and sustaining city operations across designated hubs (Jammu, Dehradun, Kolkata, Satara, Nashik, Bihar, Chhattisgarh). Key tasks include onboarding and engaging 'Sarathis' (driver partners), overseeing EV and commercial fleet uptime, establishing local charging/maintenance partnerships, monitoring app performance metrics, and ensuring rapid grievance redressal.
