Educational Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline along with an MBA / PGDM in Operations from a recognized institution of repute.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in operations, fleet management, vendor management, or logistics. Candidates with prior operational experience in ride-hailing / mobility aggregator organizations will be given preference.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate's maximum age must not exceed 40 years as on 31st July 2026. Age relaxation may be considered by the Competent Authority for highly deserving and experienced candidates.

Unlike conventional corporate ride-hailing aggregators, Bharat Taxi operates on a zero-commission cooperative model where drivers retain 100% of ride earnings. As City Operations Executive, the role entails intense ground coordination with driver unions, local fleet owners, EV charging vendors, and municipal authorities in expanding tier-2 markets like Nasik, Nagpur, Patna, and Raipur.
