Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree along with an MBA / PGDM in Operations from a recognized institution of repute.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience for Deputy Manager (Operations), and minimum 6 years for Assistant Manager (Operations). Background experience in ride-hailing / shared-mobility platforms will be given preference.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum 40 years as on 31st July 2026 for all posts. Age relaxation may be considered for highly deserving and experienced candidates.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Deputy Manager (Operations): Approx. CTC ₹13.75 Lakhs per annum (~₹1,14,583/month). Assistant Manager (Operations): Approx. CTC ₹11.40 Lakhs per annum (~₹95,000/month). Includes Basic, HRA, Conveyance, and Mobile allowances.

Selected candidates will be on probation for an initial period of one year. After satisfactory completion, candidates will be absorbed on an approximate CTC of ₹13.75 LPA for Deputy Manager (Operations) and ₹11.40 LPA for Assistant Manager (Operations). CTC comprises Basic Pay, HRA (payable as per city of posting), Conveyance, and Mobile phone expenses.
