Educational Qualification

1. Retail Construction Engineer / Retail Engineer (10 Posts):
• Retail Construction Engineer: Regular full-time Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, OR Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in construction of buildings, structurals, tank farms, oil installations, or highway/port infrastructure.
• Retail Engineer: Regular full-time Degree in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 5 years experience, OR Diploma in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 10 years experience in fuel retail operations.
2. Terminal Operation Engineer (6 Posts):
• Regular full-time Degree in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 5 years experience, OR Diploma in Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in Oil Tank Farm Installations or POL Depots handling Motor Spirit (MS), High-Speed Diesel (HSD), and Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).
Minimum Marks: At least 60% aggregate marks in Degree/Diploma (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum permissible upper age limit as on 29/10/2026:
• UR / EWS: 40 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 43 Years
• SC / ST: 45 Years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 45 Years | PwBD (OBC): 48 Years | PwBD (SC/ST): 50 Years.
Maximum age after all relaxations cannot exceed 50 years.

1. Screening & Elimination: Eligible applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted for Personal Interview in a 1:10 ratio based on higher relevant educational qualifications and length of relevant post-qualification experience.

PFTE engineers will spearhead MRPL's ambitious marketing network expansion for retail brands (HiQ and MANGPOL) across South and Western India. Retail Construction Engineers oversee site setup, dealer liaising, and municipal/PESO compliance, while Terminal Operation Engineers supervise fuel receipt, quality checks, tank gauging, and dispatch in rotating/night shifts.
