  • Fee Collector: 10+2 (12th Pass) from a recognized Board.
  • Driver: 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized Board with a valid and active Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
  • Helper with Driver: 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
  • Swachhta Sathi (Sweeper): Literate/Local resident belonging to the concerned Gram Panchayat.
  • PWMU Operator: 10th Pass from a recognized Board (candidates possessing a Diploma/Certificate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering will be given preference).
  • PWMU Swachhta Sathi: Local resident belonging to the concerned Gram Panchayat.

Age Limit & Relaxations

The engagement is under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) Phase-II, overseen by the Assistant Commissioner (Panchayat) Kulgam and implemented through 11 Block Development Offices across District Kulgam. Field operatives, drivers, and supervisors are responsible for door-to-door solid waste collection, fee collection, segregation, and running Plastic Waste Management Units (PWMU). The work involves daily field rounds across rural habitations, coordinating with Gram Panchayats, managing logistics of waste collection vehicles, and operating shredding/bailing machinery at PWMU centers.
