Educational Qualification

Post-wise Educational Qualifications:

  • Architect: Degree in Architecture, registration with Council of Architecture, and 3 years professional architectural design experience.
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years construction and maintenance experience.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil / Electrical): Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Supervisor / Draughtsman: Degree in Civil Engineering OR 12th (HSSC) with Diploma in Civil Engineering, 1 year draughtsman experience, and AutoCAD knowledge.
  • Technician: 10th (SSC) with NCVT ITI in Electrical/Plumber trade and 1 year experience.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th (HSSC) or AICTE Diploma with computer typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th (SSC) or ITI pass.
  • Driver (LMV): 10th (SSC) or ITI pass with valid Light Motor Vehicle driving licence.
  • Mandatory Domicile & Language: 15 Years Goa Residence Certificate, valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, and Knowledge of Konkani are mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Age not exceeding 45 years as on the closing date (12/10/2026). Relaxable for Government servants and candidates belonging to reserved categories in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Government of Goa.
