Educational Qualification

Faculty Positions:

  • Assistant Professor: First Class in both B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech degrees in the relevant branch (Ph.D. degree required for Bio-Technology; candidates with Ph.D. in CSE/Allied branches considered for higher pay).
  • Associate Professor: Ph.D. with First Class in B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech (or First Class in UG & PG for English) plus 8 years teaching experience with minimum 2 years post-PhD. Must have guided at least 1 Ph.D. student and published 6 Scopus/WoS papers, OR published 9 research papers in Q1/Q2 journals.
  • Professor & Administrative Directors: Ph.D. with First Class in UG and PG plus 12 years teaching experience (min 4 years as Associate Professor). Must have guided at least 2 Ph.D. students and published 8 Scopus/WoS papers, OR published 12 papers in Q1/Q2 journals.

Non-Teaching Positions:

  • Doctor: MBBS from a recognized university with minimum 5 years clinical experience (retired doctors eligible).
  • Head / Assistant Head HR: PG / MBA in HR/Personnel Management with 5 to 10 years experience.
  • Accounts Assistants: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2 to 5 years experience and Tally proficiency.
  • Programmers & Lab Staff: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / Diploma in Engineering or ITI in relevant trades with 2 to 5 years experience.
  • Student Counsellor: M.Sc. / M.A. in Psychology with 5 years counseling experience.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Minimum age is 18 years. For academic teaching staff, age limits follow AICTE/UGC guidelines (up to 65 years). Retired medical practitioners may also be considered for the position of Doctor.
