Educational Qualification

Junior Clerk: Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent academic qualification from any UGC-recognized university, along with a Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications certificate as per Gujarat Government GAD resolutions.
Senior Clerk: Any Graduate degree from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of clerical/administrative experience and basic computer knowledge certificate.
System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Electronics Engineering with 3 years of programming experience, OR M.E./M.Tech in CSE/Electronics / M.Sc. CS / MCA with 1 year of programming experience in C/C++/Java, databases (MySQL/Oracle), PHP under Windows/Linux/Unix.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on October 16, 2026: 35 years for Junior Clerk; 40 years for Senior Clerk and System Analyst. Age relaxation applies for SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, Women, and PwBD candidates as per Government of Gujarat norms.

  2. Register online by providing basic profile details, email address, and mobile number, and verify your account.
