Educational Qualification

Master's degree in Forensic Science or any allied discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Differently-abled candidates) from an Indian University or equivalent accredited foreign degree. In addition, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or SLET/SET, or hold a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations (with standard exemptions for candidates registered prior to July 11, 2009). Desirable: Ph.D. in Forensic Science or allied fields.
