Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in CSE/ECE/EEE/IT or relevant discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, OR M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in relevant discipline with 60% marks, OR Ph.D. Post-qualification experience requirements: Project Manager (Software System Architect): 10+ years; Senior Project Engineer (Full Stack / Android): 4+ years; Project Engineer (Full Stack / Android): 2+ years; Project Engineer (Network Security): 1+ year. Teaching, research fellowships, and academic internships are strictly excluded.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on date of walk-in interview: Project Engineer: 45 years; Senior Project Engineer: 40 years; Project Manager: 56 years. Standard Government of India age relaxations apply for reserved categories.

Selection will be made through in-person walk-in interviews conducted at C-DAC Centre in North East (CINE), Guwahati. Candidates must report and register at the venue between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on scheduled interview days (25th September to 09th October 2026, Monday to Friday). Screened-in candidates based on academic criteria and relevant post-qualification experience will be interviewed between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. No TA/DA will be paid.

The centre develops large-scale digital public infrastructure and mission-critical software solutions in e-Governance, Health Informatics, and Financial Systems for the Government of India and North Eastern states. Initial contractual appointment is for 1 year, extendable based on individual performance and project duration.
