Consultant (Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with at least 20 years of experience, retired at the level of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre (Pay Level 10 or 11 in 7th CPC) or above from Central/State Govt., PSU, or autonomous bodies.
Technical Assistant (HVAC): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year relevant experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in Central PWD, State PWD, universities, or reputed private organizations.

The Consultant (Civil) oversees campus infrastructure execution, structural civil maintenance, vendor billing verification, and coordination with CPWD/architects. The Technical Assistant (HVAC) is responsible for the daily operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown servicing of central air conditioning plants, chillers, VRF units, split ACs, and ventilation systems across academic complexes, laboratories, guest houses, and administrative auditoriums. The environment follows regular university administrative hours, though technical staff must remain on call during major university seminars, convocation events, and HVAC emergencies in specialized research laboratories.
