Educational Qualification

Executive Engineer (Civil): Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (or AMIE Section A & B) with minimum 3 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹6,600/-.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (or AMIE Section A & B) with minimum 3 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹5,400/-.
Junior Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical): Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in the respective engineering branch with minimum 3 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,600/- or ₹4,800/- in Central/State Govt, Corporation, or PSU.

Selection is conducted on a deputation basis for an initial period until regular candidates become available or for 3 years, whichever is earlier.
