Applicants must be regular serving officers in Central/State/UT Governments, PSUs, Autonomous, Statutory, or Local Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or possessing 2 to 8 years of regular service in the prescribed feeder pay matrix levels under 7th CPC (or equivalent IDA scales).
