IUST Kashmir JRF AYUSH Recruitment 2026

Essential Qualification: First Class Post-Graduate (M.Sc. or equivalent) degree with specialization in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Botany / Pharmacology from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualification: Prior hands-on experience in Cell Culture, Drug Discovery, Animal Models, or Molecular Biology.
National Eligibility: Valid JRF/NET/GATE/SET qualification is advantageous.

Upper age limit: Maximum 30 years for General/EWS; up to 33 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer); up to 35 years for SC, ST, Differently Abled, and Women candidates.

1. Visit the official website of Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST) at www.iust.ac.in between 01-10-2026 and 11-10-2026.
2. Fill and submit the online application form for JRF (Notification No. 02 of 2026 under WCCMM) through the prescribed recruitment link.
3. Print a hard copy of the completed online application form.
4. Attach supporting self-attested documents: updated CV, copies of educational certificates and marksheets (10th onwards, B.Sc., M.Sc.), date of birth proof, valid NET/GATE/SET certificate (if applicable), experience certificates, and category certificates.
5. Submit the hard copy dossier in person or by post on working days during office hours to: Office of Dr. Muzafar A. Macha, Principal Investigator, AYUSH-Sponsored Research Project, Watson–Crick Centre for Molecular Medicine, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora, Kashmir – 192122.
6. The physical hard copy must reach on or before 13 October 2026. Note: Applications submitted solely in hard copy without online submission will be rejected.
