RVNL General Manager S&T Recruitment 2026

Eligible officers belonging to Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) or S&T Department: (i) For GM: Officers holding analogous posts in CDA Level-14 / IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000-2,80,000/-), OR Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years Group 'A' service, OR IDA E-7 for 4 years. (ii) For AGM: Officers holding analogous posts in CDA Level-13A / IDA E-7 (₹1,00,000-2,60,000/-), OR Level-13 (CDA) with 12-14 years Group 'A' service, OR IDA E-6 for 4 years. Experience in railway construction organizations is preferred.

Candidate must be below 58 years of age for General Manager post and below 56 years for Additional General Manager post as on the closing date of the vacancy notice.

1. Download the prescribed deputation application proforma from the RVNL portal at rvnl.org (Career > Jobs).
2. Fill out personal, educational, service, and experience details in the proforma and sign the declaration.
3. Send a scanned copy of the completed and signed proforma in PDF format directly by email to [email protected] as an advance copy.
4. Submit the hard copy through proper channel via the controlling officer / Zonal Railway administration.
5. Ensure the controlling office forwards the application along with Vigilance/DAR clearance and APAR grading for the last 5 years within 15 days of the closing date (closing date: November 13, 2026).
