Educational Qualification

1. Clinical Project Manager (1 Post): MBBS with MD/MS/DNB (Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Paediatrics / Community Medicine) from a recognized university; OR MBBS with PG Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Child Health / Paediatrics + 1 year relevant clinical research experience; OR MBBS / BDS / MDS with 4 years relevant clinical research experience; OR MBBS / BDS / Master's degree in Public Health / Clinical Research with 2 years relevant experience.
2. Clinical Research Officer (1 Post): MBBS from a recognized university with 3 years relevant clinical research experience; OR MBBS with Master's degree in Public Health / Clinical Research + 1 year experience; OR BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT with Master's degree in Public Health / Clinical Research + 3 years experience; OR BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT with 5 years clinical research experience.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 45 years for both posts as on the closing date (04.11.2026). Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), and other categories as per Government of India rules.

Contractual research appointment under the high-impact 'Placenta Health Project - Adaptive Dose Finding Platform in India' funded by national/international agencies at BRIC-THSTI, Faridabad. Selected personnel will be actively embedded in clinical trial execution with dynamic postings between THSTI Faridabad and premier tertiary clinical trial sites in New Delhi (AIIMS New Delhi, GTB Hospital, and Lady Hardinge Medical College). Work involves active coordination with clinicians, ethics committees, patient follow-up, and biological sample management.

Initial contractual appointment is for one year, extendable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance appraisals and project duration. Primary posting is at THSTI Faridabad and participating hospitals in New Delhi.

Project-based contractual positions do not form part of the regular THSTI cadre and do not confer seniority or automatic absorption into permanent government services. However, top-tier research experience under DBT-THSTI and AIIMS collaboration offers immense credential value for subsequent Scientist / Assistant Professor / Clinical Specialist selections in ICMR, AIIMS, and international global health bodies.
