Educational Qualification

Excellent command of English and computer applications required; proficiency in Hindi preferred.

The officer spearheads the institute's legal compliance architecture, drafted responses, and para-wise comments for service disputes in High Courts, Central Administrative Tribunals (CAT), and labour forums. Responsibilities encompass drafting and vetting international MoUs, research agreements, corporate consultancy contracts, procurement tenders, handling RTI appeals, assisting Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and Grievance redressal bodies, and liaising with Central Government empanelled standing counsels.
