Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited (SMFCL), formerly Sagarmala Development Company Limited (SDCL), is a Schedule 'B' Mini-Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, registered as an NBFC with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). As the CISO, the officer oversees organization-wide statutory & regulatory cyber compliance, manages and monitors the Security Operations Centre (SOC), enforces information asset protection policies, and presents quarterly risk reviews before the Board, RMCB, and ITSC.
