Minimum 10 years of professional experience in horticulture, landscape management, nursery management, or green infrastructure projects in government departments, autonomous bodies, PSUs, or large educational/corporate campuses. Desirable: Ph.D. in Horticulture/Agriculture Sciences or specialized certification in Landscape Design, Urban Forestry, or Protected Cultivation.

Citizen Service Delivery Commission Model

Citizen Service Center / VLE Franchise Model: Earnings are determined by government-approved transaction fees and citizen service delivery commissions, not a fixed monthly salary.

Fixed honorarium of ₹7,000/- per visit including transportation charges. Expected engagement is 2 to 4 visits per month based on institutional needs (approximate monthly earnings ₹14,000 to ₹28,000/-). No additional allowances or regular employee benefits are admissible.
