Selected candidates are deployed across Welfare Department Scheduled Tribe Residential Schools (ST Residential High School, Hiranpur; ST Residential Middle School, Kunjbona, Littipara; ST Residential Middle School, Dumarchir, Amrapara) in Pakur district, Jharkhand. The work involves taking daily classroom periods for tribal and rural students from Class 1 to 10 in accordance with NCERT/JCERT curriculum. As period-based part-time instructors, duty hours are structured strictly around assigned teaching periods (up to 4 periods per working day, 5 days a week). Accommodations inside residential school campuses are not provided, and candidates must commute locally.

Posting & Transfer Policy

Initial posting criteria, zone preferences, transfer liability.

The engagement is purely temporary and part-time on a Service Procurement basis for an initial duration of 6 months. Subject to satisfactory teaching performance and administrative requirement (until permanent recruitment is completed), the tenure may be extended for a further period of 6 months. Postings are allocated strictly among the notified tribal residential schools in Hiranpur, Littipara, and Amrapara blocks of Pakur district.
