Candidate must possess a full-time regular Post-Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized university or institution.
YP (Accounts / Audit): Post-Graduation in relevant field; Desirable: CA / ICWA (CMA) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / M.Sc (Accounting/Finance).
YP (Khadi): Post-Graduate Degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / Fashion Technology / Textile Chemistry or equivalent.
YP (Legal): Post-Graduate Degree in relevant field with Degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.).
YP (Admin): Post-Graduate Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University.
Skills: Sound computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong communication and drafting abilities.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Young Professionals in the West Zone operate in Zonal and State offices across Mumbai (Vile Parle & Churchgate), Ahmedabad, and Goa. YPs provide specialized professional inputs in flagship central schemes such as PMEGP (Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme), SFURTI (Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries), KRDP, Honey Mission, and Gramodyog Vikas Yojana. Duties involve field monitoring of khadi institutions, cluster audits, financial reconciliation, legal vetting, and enterprise incubation.

Posting & Transfer Policy

Initial posting criteria, zone preferences, transfer liability.

Stationed at West Zone locations (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Goa). Initial contractual tenure is 1 year, extendable on performance appraisal basis for up to 2 additional years (maximum 3 years total).

Purely contractual consultancy engagement on fixed consolidated remuneration without employer-employee relationship or claim for regular absorption in KVIC. However, 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Ministry of MSME statutory flagship schemes provides exceptional industry exposure and priority credentials for development banking (SIDBI, NABARD), public policy think tanks (NITI Aayog YP), and central PSU executive roles.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Fixed consolidated remuneration of ₹25,000/- to ₹33,000/- per month based on qualifications and experience. When on official domestic tour, TA/DA admissible to Executive posts in Pay Matrix Level-5 is provided. Engagement is on a contractual basis for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years.
