• Civil Engineering: First Class B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering as per AICTE/UGC norms, OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
• Political Science: Master's Degree in Political Science with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and qualified National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET), OR Ph.D. degree awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009/2016.
• Qualifications and exemptions are determined as per UGC Regulations 2018 / AICTE norms as on the date of interview.
