Rama Devi Women's University (RDWU) in Bhubaneswar is Odisha's pioneering first women's state university. The Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) is a flagship 4-year dual-major pre-service teacher training program instituted under NCTE and NEP 2020. Faculty engage in undergraduate/integrated pedagogy coursework, curriculum formulation, practicum & internship supervision in partner schools, and continuous internal assessment.
