Project Technical Assistants will work under Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh in the Department of Community Medicine and Family Medicine (CM&FM) at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities and hospitals, auditing medical and pharmacy records for antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and infection prevention and control (IPC) practices, conducting structured interviews with healthcare personnel, entering study data into electronic databases, and assisting in health-economic analysis. Collaborative academic research atmosphere with regular day-shift hospital working hours and field visits.

Appointment is purely temporary and on a contract basis for an initial tenure of 8 months. Extension is contingent upon project requirements, funding agency sanctions, and satisfactory performance evaluation.
