• Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Pharma degree from a recognized University or Institute.

• Desirable Competencies: Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining advanced analytical equipment (HPLC, LCMS, GCMS), mammalian cell culture, immunological assays, molecular diagnostics, and in vivo animal models; familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO laboratory accreditations; demonstrated experience in scientific project management.
