• Assistant Professor (Academic Level 10, ₹57,700 - ₹1,82,400): Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) in concerned/allied subject from an Indian or foreign accredited university, plus qualified UGC-NET / CSIR-NET / UP SLET/SET, or Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.
• Associate Professor (Academic Level 13A, ₹1,31,400 - ₹2,17,100): Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied discipline, Master's with 55% marks, minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor, minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, and minimum research score of 75.
• Professor (Academic Level 14, ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200): Eminent scholar with Ph.D. in concerned/allied discipline, minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, minimum research score of 120, and minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience with evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Age limits and superannuation are governed by University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations and Government of Uttar Pradesh directives (superannuation at 65 years). Reserved category age relaxations apply as per UP State Government rules.
