This role is ideally suited for highly experienced retired employees from CSIR, Central/State Government, or PSUs. Candidates should possess a strong background in either administrative functions related to HR, service matters, and vigilance, or finance and accounts, specifically in the context of engineering services. A deep understanding of government rules, regulations, and operational procedures like CPWD Manuals, PFMS, and CSIR purchase processes is essential. The ideal candidate is seeking a short-term contractual engagement to leverage their extensive experience in a prestigious central government organization.

Individuals who are not retired employees, those without the specified years of experience (especially 10+ years for Finance & Accounts), or those seeking permanent employment should not apply.
