• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) [16 Posts]: Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics/Electronics with First Division and NET qualified; OR Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics/Electronics) with 1st Division and NET/GATE qualified; OR Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech) with 1st Division at both Graduate and Postgraduate levels.
• Research Associate (RA) [07 Posts]: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics (candidates with submitted Ph.D. thesis eligible subject to submission of degree/provisional certificate before fellowship offer); OR M.E./M.Tech with 3 years research experience in semiconductor materials, device fabrication, and characterization with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal.
