Junior Research Fellow & Research Associate

This opportunity is ideal for highly qualified science and engineering postgraduates (M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech) with a strong academic record, particularly those with NET/GATE qualifications, seeking research fellowships in Physics or Electronics. Ph.D. holders or M.E./M.Tech graduates with relevant research experience (minimum 3 years in Semiconductor Materials, Devices, Fabrication, and Characterization for RA) are especially encouraged to apply to contribute to defense research.

Individuals not possessing the specified educational qualifications (M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/Ph.D in Physics/Electronics) or lacking NET/GATE qualification for JRF roles should not apply. Those without the mandatory 3 years of research experience and SCI publications for Research Associate positions will also not be suitable.
