Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Commerce/Engineering/Business Administration from a recognized University.
- Candidates should have adequate knowledge of National and International Trade Policy, WTO, and other relevant agreements.
- Desirable:
- Prior experience in Marketing and Trade Promotion in Europe and USA.
- Experience in Secretarial, administrative, and financial management for trade bodies.
- Knowledge of Industrial Management and Export Marketing.
- Knowledge of global organizations in the leather industry.
Age Limit Details
- Direct Recruits (Open Market): Not more than 45 years as on 1st January of the recruitment year (2025).
- Deputation Basis: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Salary & Pay Scale
The scale of pay is Level 12 (Grade Pay 7600) as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix of the Government of India. For open market candidates, the Selection Committee may recommend higher emoluments based on qualification and experience. For officers on deputation, salary will be fixed as per relevant Government rules.
