CSIR-NIIST Recruitment 2025 – 10 Scientist Posts

Approximate total emoluments include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA) as admissible to Central Government employees in a Class 'Y' city. Other benefits like reimbursement of Medical Expenses, Leave Travel Concession, and Children's Education Allowance are also available as per CSIR/GoI Rules.

Candidates must apply online through the official CSIR-NIIST recruitment portal. The application process involves three main steps:

1. Online Registration: Register with a valid email ID and mobile number on the recruitment website.
2. Fee Submission (if applicable): Pay the application fee of ₹500/- through the provided SBI Collect link and save the e-receipt.
3. Online Application Submission: Log in, fill out the application form completely, upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and all required documents (educational certificates, category certificate, fee receipt, etc.) before the final submission.

Candidates should not send a hard copy of the application form unless specifically requested later. It is advised to keep a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.

A non-refundable application fee of ₹500/- is required for general candidates. The fee must be paid online via SBI Collect. No fee is payable for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, Women, and Ex-Servicemen categories, subject to the submission of relevant documents.
