25 Oct 2025The Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam is publishing the 2nd Provisional Results for candidates who applied for the post of teachers of LP and UP Schools. The results can be accessed on the official website, dee.assam.gov.in. Cut-off marks will also be released on the website.

Age Limit Details
The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 40 years as on January 1, 2023. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:
- Ex-Servicemen: up to 42 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 43 years
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): up to 45 years
- Persons with Disability (PwD): up to 50 years
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Band – 2 (PB-2) with a pay scale of Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-. In addition, they will receive Grade Pay and other allowances as per 'The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019'.
