Deputy Director

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced and distinguished Professors currently working at NIT Raipur. Candidates must possess a strong academic background, extensive administrative experience (including at least 2 years as an HoD/Dean), and a proven track record of contributions to academics, administration, and outreach activities. The role demands an eminent person with leadership capabilities to contribute to an Institute of National Importance.

Individuals not presently working as a Professor at NIT Raipur or those who lack the specified minimum of five years' experience as a Professor (or equivalent administrative charge) should not apply. Candidates exceeding the age of 62 years as of July 10, 2026, or without the requisite two years of experience as an HoD/Dean will also be ineligible. This is an internal recruitment, so external applicants are not suitable.
