Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances as applicable (currently 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP etc., as per the prevailing Company Rules.

1. Candidates must apply ONLINE only through the official career page at www.bemlindia.in.
2. The online registration site will be active until 18:00 Hrs on 17th December 2025.
3. Applicants should have a valid e-mail ID and mobile number for registration, which will be used for all future correspondence.
4. The 'Registration number' generated upon successful application must be noted for future reference.
5. While filling the online application, candidates must provide their experience details by first entering the latest experience followed by previous ones, including a 'pen picture' of the experience relevant to the position.
6. Along with the online application, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of mandatory documents such as recent photograph, signature, caste/category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable), 10th & 12th standard marks cards, Degree/Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma certificates and marks cards (semester-wise with CGPA conversion formula), Identity card (Aadhar, Passport, etc.), detailed resume, all experience certificates (clubbed as a single PDF), latest pay-slip, service discharge book (for retired officers), last pay certificate, pension pay order, and NOC from employer (if applicable). Incomplete applications without required uploads will be rejected.

Eligible and interested General (GEN), EWS, and OBC candidates (excluding SC/ST/PwD) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/-. The fee can be paid online via the "Pay Application Fee Online" option at the end of the application form.
