Educational Qualification
- Deputy Librarian: Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or equivalent, plus a consistently good academic record.
- Deputy Registrar (On Deputation/Direct Recruitment): Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
- Sports Officer: Graduation with a Master's degree (2 years course) in Physical Education.
- Assistant Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent and an excellent academic record.
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of Computer Operations.
- Junior Lab Assistant: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in the relevant field OR Bachelor's Degree (3 years) in Sciences. Knowledge of Computer Applications for Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science) is essential for engineering disciplines.
Age Limit Details
Upper Age Limit:
- Deputy Librarian, Deputy Registrar (all types): 50 Years
- Sports Officer, Assistant Registrar: 45 Years
- Junior Assistant, Junior Lab Assistant: 35 Years
Age Relaxation:
- Applicable as per GOI rules for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PWD, and Ex-Servicemen.
- Relaxation of 5 years for persons serving in Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies (Central/State) in a regular position with a minimum of 3 years of continuous service.
- Relaxation of 5 years for staff engaged at IIT Indore through Contract, Outsource Agency, Project & all Section 8 Companies with a minimum of 5 years of continuous service.
