Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for Service personnel on Fixed Tenure Basis must have completed a Diploma or ITI course with First-class (60%) in their respective Domain/Trade. Diploma qualifications must be from a regular Polytechnic Institute. ITI courses must be completed under the Conventional Training Pattern of Craftsmen Training Scheme and include a National Trade Certificate (NTC) along with a National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). A 5% relaxation in the minimum percentage of marks is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Age Limit Details
The upper age limit indicated is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. For PwD Candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by an additional 10 years over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC – NCL, provided they have a minimum of 40% disability.

Other benefits include Conveyance (Rs. 500/month), Uniform Stitching (Rs. 1000/annum - one-time during calendar year), Medical Insurance (Reimbursement up to Rs. 3000/annum), and Term Plan (Reimbursement up to Rs. 1000/annum). All taxes will be payable as per rules during the fixed term period.

Exam Syllabus & Pattern
The selection process includes a Computer Based Written Test (CBT), Document Verification, and meeting the Company's Health & Fitness standards. The CBT will be 2 hours long, consisting of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) across three parts:
- Part-I: 20 questions on General Awareness
- Part-II: 20 questions on English & Reasoning
- Part-III: 60 questions on the concerned Discipline
Each question carries 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking. The pass marks for the written test will be fixed at 60%, relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD categories. Final selection will be based on marks scored in the Written Test in order of merit.

Applicants must use a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number, which should remain active for at least one year. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of the following documents:

- Signature (on clear white background in black ink)
- Caste/Category Certificate
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- 10th Standard marks card
- Diploma/ITI/NTC Certificate (as applicable)
- Diploma/ITI Marks sheets (as a single pdf)
- National Apprentice Certificate (NAC)
- All marks card, along with CGPA Conversion formula (as applicable) - self attested
- Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card)
- All relevant experience certificates as a single '.pdf' file

Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of Rs.200/- is applicable for General (GEN), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates. This fee is not applicable for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates.
