Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications with 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD):
- Diploma Trainee (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil): Three years full-time Diploma in respective Engineering discipline.
- ITI Trainee (Machinist/Turner): 1st Class (60%) in ITI Machinist/Turner Trade with National Apprentice Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Staff Nurse: B.Sc (Nursing) OR SSLC with 3 years Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized institution.
Age Limit Details
Upper age limit is reckoned as on 18.10.2023.
- Age Relaxation:
- PwD Candidates: Additional 10 years relaxation.
- SC/ST Candidates: As per Government guidelines (typically 5 years).
- OBC Candidates: As per Government guidelines (typically 3 years).
Salary & Pay Scale
- Diploma Trainees:
- Training Period (1 year) + Contract Period (2 years): Consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000/- PM during training; Rs. 17,000/- PM & Rs. 19,500/- PM during contract period (1st & 2nd year respectively).
- Absorption: Wage Group S1, Pay Scale Rs. 23,910 – 85,570.
- ITI Trainees:
- Training Period (2 years) + Contract Period (2 years): Consolidated stipend of Rs. 14,000/- PM & Rs. 15,000/- PM during training (1st & 2nd year respectively); Rs. 16,500/- PM & Rs. 18,000/- PM during contract period (1st & 2nd year respectively).
- Absorption: Wage Group B, Pay Scale Rs. 16,900 – 60,650.
- Staff Nurse:
- Contract Period (2 years): Consolidated stipend of Rs. 16,500/- PM & Rs. 18,000/- PM during contract period (1st & 2nd year respectively).
- Absorption: Wage Group C, Pay Scale Rs. 18,780 – 67,390.

Exam Syllabus & Pattern
The selection process includes a Computer Based Written-Test (CBT) comprising Multi-Choice Question Answers. The CBT will assess candidates on the following subjects:
- Quantitative Ability/Aptitude
- General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability
- General Awareness
- English Language (Basic Knowledge)
- Subject/Trade Test (covering all subjects studied in the related subject/trade)
The test will be administered in English language at 4 centers: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Candidates must choose their preferred center during online application.

- 12th Standard marks card – self attested (200kb)
- Degree/Diploma Certificate/ITI – self attested (200kb)
- National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) for ITI Trainees (200kb)
- All marks cards, along with CGPA Conversion formula (as applicable) – self attested (1Mb)
- Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card) (200kb)
- Experience Documents clearly indicating start & end dates of each employment (all experiences to be clubbed as a single pdf file) (1028kb)

Incomplete applications due to missing uploads will be summarily rejected. Candidates employed in Government/Quasi-Government/PSU must send their online application through proper channel or produce a NOC at the time of test.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
