Candidates must possess at least 25 years of R&D experience, including a minimum of 6 years in a managerial/administrative capacity within scientific organizations. Strong leadership qualities, the ability to foster creativity, and a track record of promoting multi-disciplinary cooperation are essential. Individuals lacking a Doctorate in Physical Sciences or the substantial (25+ years) R&D experience with significant managerial experience should not apply.
