Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Option 1 (Post Graduate): A post graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Child Development.
- OR
- Option 2 (Graduate with Experience): A graduate degree with a minimum of three years of experience in child education and development or protection issues.
Age Limit Details
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 65 years of age as on the date of advertisement.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Remuneration for Support Persons will be an allowance of Rs. 600/- per visit.
- The empanelment ratio for Support Persons is 1:10 of the number of cases in each district.
- A Support Person shall not handle more than 10 cases at a time.
- However, at the discretion of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and District Magistrate, the number of cases assigned may be increased, not exceeding 20 cases per Support Person.

- Interested candidates/organizations must submit their applications by registered post.
- The application must be sent to the following address: Office of District Program Officer, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Room No. 22, District Administrative Complex, Sri Muktsar Sahib, 152026.
- The deadline for application submission is November 30, 2025, by 05:00 PM.
- If the last date for submitting the form falls on a government holiday, the application will be received on the next working day.
