• Medical Officer (Blood Service, RKSK, NUHM), General Duty Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from an MCI recognized institution, with compulsory rotatory internship and registration under WBMC.
• Laboratory Technician (FRU, Blood Service, NVBDCP): 12th standard (Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology) AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from a recognized institution. For Blood Service/NVBDCP, BMLT or M.Sc./PGDMLT is also accepted.
• Medical Social Worker: Graduate degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Com) from a recognized University with 1 year diploma in Computer Application and computer knowledge.
• Navyatak Sahayika: H.S Passed with good communication and counselling skills in local language.
• Community Health Assistant (Urban): ANM or GNM course from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institute, registered with West Bengal Nursing Council, proficient in Bengali, and a permanent resident of Bankura District.
• Clinical Psychologist: Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology OR a Post Graduate degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology, AND an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Medical and Social Psychology (2-year full-time course with supervised clinical training) from a UGC/RCI recognized university.
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Bachelors in Physiotherapy.
• Counsellor (Blood Bank, NPCB&VI): Masters/Post Graduate degree in Psychology/Social work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development from a government recognized institution for Blood Bank. Graduation in Social Science for NPCB&VI.
• Nutritionist: B.Sc or M.Sc in Foods and Nutrition or equivalent course with computer knowledge, able to read, write, and speak Bengali.
• VBD Technical Supervisor: Science Graduate with Biological Science or any graduate with Bio Science in class XI-XII, with a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): Graduate with DMLT or BMLT from a recognized Institute, proficient in computer programming, with a permanent two-wheeler driving license.
• District PPM Co-Ordinator: Post Graduate in any discipline, with working knowledge of computer and a permanent two-wheeler driving license.

Age relaxation will be provided for reserved category candidates as per Government norms. Existing employees working in the same position may receive a 5-year age relaxation from the date mentioned in the recruitment notification (2026-02-05).
