Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Clinical Psychologist (NMHP): Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology or a Post Graduation degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology, or an M.Phil in Clinical/Medical/Social Psychology, all from recognized institutions/universities.
  • Community Nurse (NMHP) & Staff Nurse (XV FC): GNM from a recognized institution, with 1 month recognized Psychiatric nursing for Community Nurse. Must be proficient in Bengali for Staff Nurse.
  • Community Health Assistant (U) (NUHM & XV FC): ANM or GNM course from a recognized institution. Must be proficient in Bengali and a permanent resident of Dakshin Dinajpur District.
  • Facility Level Quality Manager (FLQM): MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science graduate with a Master's in Hospital Administration/Health Management. Also requires a one-year Degree/Diploma in Computer Application.
  • Medical Officer (NUHM) & Specialists: MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC recognized institute, compulsory rotator internship, and registration under West Bengal Medical Council. Specialists additionally require a Post-Graduate degree/DNB/Diploma in their respective fields (Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Ophthalmology).
  • Block Public Health Manager: B.Sc. in Life Science with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management. Proficiency in advanced MS Office is essential. An M.Sc. in Life Science is desirable.

Age Limit Details

Minimum age for most posts (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Community Nurse, CHA, FLQM, Staff Nurse, BPHM) is 21 years and maximum is 40 years as on 01.04.2025. For Medical Officer and all Specialist posts, the maximum age is 67 years as on 01.04.2025. Upper age relaxation will be given as per Government norms.
