1. Eligible candidates must apply online in the prescribed format through the Department's website at http://hr.wbhealth.gov.in/Index.aspx.
2. The online application window will be open from 11:00 AM on 12.11.2025 until Midnight on 26.11.2025.
3. Application fees of Rs. 100/- for General and Rs. 50/- for Reserved categories must be deposited online. The last date for fee payment is 25th November 2025.
4. Incomplete or improperly filled application forms, or those with incorrect signature/photograph uploads, will be liable for cancellation.
5. Applicants should retain a hard copy/print copy of the online registration form for document verification purposes. There is no need to send hard copy/print copy by post.
6. All essential criteria, including qualifications, must be completed on or before the first date of online application (2025-11-12).
7. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website (http://www.wbhealth.gov.in) for any corrigendum, addendum, interview dates, or shortlisted candidate lists.

Application fees are Rs. 100/- for General categories and Rs. 50/- for Reserve categories. Fees must be deposited through online mode only and are non-refundable. The last date for fee payment is 25th November 2025.
