DMMU Paschim Medinipur Recruitment 2026: 60 IFC Community Resource Persons Vacancies

This role is most suitable for women residents of Paschim Medinipur district who possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification and are active members of an SHG under NRLM for a minimum of three years, or have three years of experience as an SRLM extension worker. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, a strong desire to learn, be physically fit, and willing to work in rural villages within or outside their home GP/Block, contributing to livelihood and income generation initiatives.

Individuals who are not residents of Paschim Medinipur, men, those below 25 or above 40 years of age as on January 1, 2026, and applicants without the specified SHG membership or SRLM extension worker experience should not apply. Candidates unwilling to engage in field-based community work or those submitting incomplete/incorrect information will have their candidature rejected.

Working with the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) under the Government of West Bengal offers a direct opportunity to contribute to state-level rural development and empowerment programs.
