Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Medical Officer: MBBS.
  • Dental Officer: BDS.
  • Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class-I Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces).
  • Lab Tech: B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) OR Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a recognized institution/Board AND a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Driver: 8th Class pass and possession of a Class I MT driver (Armed Forces) civil driving license.
  • Chowkidar: 8th Class pass or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel.
  • Female Attendant: Literate.
  • Safaiwala: Literate.

Salary & Pay Scale

  • Medical Officer: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 95,000/- per month.
  • Dental Officer: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 95,000/- per month.
  • Nursing Assistant: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 36,500/- per month.
  • Lab Tech: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 36,500/- per month.
  • Driver: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 25,600/- per month.
  • Chowkidar: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 21,800/- per month.
  • Female Attendant: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 21,800/- per month.
  • Safaiwala: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 21,800/- per month.

How to Apply

Candidates must submit their application in duplicate to "Station Headquarters (ECHS), Mhow" by 30 November 2025. The application must be accompanied by two sets of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents, including:

  • Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation)
  • Attempt Certificate
  • Computer courses certificate
  • PPO, Disch Book
  • ESM Iden Card
  • Experience Certificates
  • Aadhar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Registration Certificate
  • Police verification report
  • Two passport-sized photographs

Incomplete applications will be rejected. Additionally, a medical fitness certificate duly signed by a Medical Officer of the dependent Polyclinic and countersigned by SEMO (for ESM candidates) or CMO (for others) must be attached with the documents.
