For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are 50%. M.Tech degree holders in Mechanical Engineering will be given preference.
- Executive (RE - Human Resources): A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Programme in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, OR a Post Graduate in Social Work, OR MHROD, OR an MBA with specialization in HR. All require a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Executive (RE - Finance): Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Engineer (RE - Contracts & Materials): BE/B.Tech in any stream along with a PG Diploma/MBA/PGDBM in Material Management/Supply Chain Management; OR BE/B.Tech in any stream with an ME/M.Tech in the Renewable Energy sector. Both options require a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit Details
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. A 5-year age relaxation is also applicable for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989. Ex-servicemen will receive age relaxation as per Government guidelines.
Salary & Pay Scale
The estimated Cost to Company (CTC) for all advertised positions (Sl. No. 1-7) is approximately Rs. 11,00,000/- per annum. This CTC includes both fixed and variable components. The actual remuneration will depend on factors such as experience, posting location, and other terms of appointment.

Exam Syllabus & Pattern
The selection process will be based on a cumulative score derived from a Computer Based Test (CBT), work experience, and an interview. The CBT will feature bilingual multiple-choice questions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Linguistic Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Technical Skill pertinent to the respective domain. Candidates will be shortlisted in two stages for the interview, which will be held across various cities including Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, Gandhinagar, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal, and Raipur.
