- Engineer Posts (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, CDM): B.E./B.Tech Degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science/IT) with at least 60% marks. For Engineer (RE-CDM), a Graduate Engineering Degree in any discipline or a Master's Degree in Environment Science/Engineering/Management is required.
- Executive (HR) Post: A Graduate degree combined with at least 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Program in Management with specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Social Work, MHROD, or MBA (HR), with at least 60% marks.
- Executive (Finance) Post: Qualified CA/CMA.
- Executive (Corporate Communication) Post: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Advertisement & Public Relations/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit Details
The upper age limit is 32 years for Engineer (RE-CDM) and 30 years for all other Engineer and Executive posts, calculated as on 2024-04-13. Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years) candidates, and Ex-Servicemen as per government guidelines. Candidates from SC/ST/PwBD categories require a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying degree.
Salary & Pay Scale
The approximate total remuneration, including fixed and variable components, is Rs. 83,000.00 per month. The actual remuneration is indicative only and will depend on experience, place of posting, and other terms and conditions of appointment.

Application Fee
General/EWS/OBC category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee. Fees must be paid online via Net banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
