Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Deputy Manager (CSR): Post Graduate (Full Time) in Social Work / Sociology/Economics/Social Sciences with minimum 65% marks OR MBA (except obtained through correspondence) with Specialization in HR/ Social Welfare/Sustainability Management with minimum 65% marks.
  • Deputy Manager (Corporate Planning): Engineering Graduates with MBA (except obtained through correspondence) with minimum 65% marks OR Post Graduate in Economics / Business Economics / Commerce with MBA (except obtained through correspondence) with minimum 65% marks.
  • Engineer (Projects): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks.
  • Officer (Library)/Deputy Manager (Library): B.Sc. (Physical Science) and Post Graduate Degree in Library Science or equivalent.
