ESIC Hospital Udaipur Recruitment 2026: 19 Vacancies for Specialists & Senior Residents (Walk-in Interview)

• Full-Time Specialists (Entry Level): Rs. 1,14,955/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month, as per 7th CPC or Government norms. No other allowances are admissible.
• Full-Time Specialists (Senior Level): Rs. 1,33,802/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month, as per 7th CPC or Government norms. No other allowances are admissible.
• Part-Time Specialists: Rs. 60,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month. Additional remuneration includes Rs. 15,000 for visiting charges (emergency call) and Rs. 800 for every additional hour beyond 16 hours/week (Option 1) OR fixed % of CGHS rates (Option 2).
• Senior Residents: Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700/- in Level 11, plus other allowances (NPA, DA, HRA, TA, etc.) as per 7th CPC and ESIC Headquarters instructions.

This is a rolling advertisement for walk-in interviews. Interested and eligible candidates must appear for the walk-in interview on the scheduled dates. For the month of May 2026, the interview will be held on 18/May/2026 (Monday). Subsequent interviews will be conducted on the third Thursday of every month (or the next working day if it's a holiday).

Interview Details for May 2026:

• Date & Time of Interview: 18/May/2026 (Monday)
• Reporting Time for Document Submission: 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be considered.
• Venue: Conference Hall, ESIC Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Application Process:

1. Candidates must download and duly fill the Application Form (Annexure 'B', attached with the official notification).
2. Appear for document verification at the scheduled venue between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the interview date.
3. Submit the filled application form along with the requisite application fee of ₹500/- (in the form of a Demand Draft payable at Udaipur, with exemptions for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
4. Bring all original certificates and testimonials for verification, along with one set of self-attested photocopies and two recent passport-size photographs.
5. Only candidates whose documents are verified and found eligible will be permitted to attend the Walk-in Interview.

Documents Required at Interview:

• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Self-Attested Copies of certificates and testimonials supporting: Proof of Age (Date of Birth), Educational Qualifications, Experience, Research Papers, Publications, etc.
• Original Certificates and testimonials for verification.
• PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
• Reserved Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) in prescribed format (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) if employed in Central/State Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies.

The advertisement remains valid up to 31/12/2026 or until a closure notice is issued. An updated list of vacancies will be published monthly after each walk-in interview.

• Mode of Payment: Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1”, payable at Udaipur. The Demand Draft must be issued by a scheduled bank and after the date of advertisement publication.
• Exemptions: Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are exempted from the application fee, as per Government of India guidelines. Relevant certificates must be produced at the time of document verification.
