All eligible candidates should apply through the application form enclosed with the advertisement and must fill the application form before registration process.

• Duly filled Application form.
• Candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.
• Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates.
• Please bring all following relevant Original certificates and their self-attested photocopies (1 Sets), 02 copies of passport size photograph and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates failing which they will not be allowed for interview.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of Interview:

• SSC/10th Standard Certificate as proof of age.
• M.B.B.S Certificate.
• PG/DNB Certificate.
• Registration with Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC).
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Experience Certificate if any.
• Proof of ID (Aadhar Card and PAN Card).
• Passport size 02 photograph.
• Other documents if any.

Selection Procedure:

• Selection will be made on the basis of interview of candidates which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection board.
• The applications along with requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for walk in interview.
• Selected candidates will have to report for Medical Examination and verification of original certificates immediately after receiving Provisional offer of Appointment through email.
• Offer of Appointment will be provisional subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining.
• Result will be displayed on the website www.esic.gov.in/recruitments.

A Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred Only) in favor of ESI fund Account 1, Payable at Mumbai drawn on any scheduled bank has to be submitted along with the application form at the time of the Walk-in Interview.

Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Application fee paid by any other mode will not be accepted. Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of this advertisement.
