In addition to consolidated remuneration, transport allowance with DA on transport allowance will be paid as per rules. No private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.

Candidates must apply through a walk-in interview process:

• Appear for document verification with a duly filled application form (as attached in the notification) between 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM on the scheduled interview dates.
• Only candidates whose documents are verified and found eligible will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.
• Candidates must satisfy eligibility criteria as on the date of interview.
• Bring two copies of recent self-attested passport size photographs.
• Submit self-attested copies of certificates for age proof (Date of Birth), educational qualification, experience, and research papers/publications, along with the originals for verification.
• A Demand Draft for the application fee (Rs. 500/- for General/OBC/EWS, NIL for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates & Ex-servicemen) in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No.1' payable at Chennai must be submitted.
• Candidates claiming reservation must ensure they are entitled as per government instructions and produce original certificates in the prescribed format.
• Candidates already employed in Central/State Government, Autonomous bodies, PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification/interview.
• The selection will be made based on performance in the interview. A screening test may be conducted if the turnout of candidates is high (more than 1:10 per post).
• Walk-in interviews will be held on 05.12.2025 (Friday), 10.12.2025 (Wednesday), and 11.12.2025 (Thursday).

Payment must be made via Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (as applicable) in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No.1' drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Chennai. The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of advertisement and will not be refunded. Fee paid by any other mode will not be accepted.
