ESIC Medical College & Hospital Varanasi Recruitment 2026: 45 Teaching Faculty & Senior Resident Posts

Pay and Allowances as per OM no. Z-11012/51/2022-Med VI Dated 08.12.2022:

• Professor: Fixed Basic Pay of Rs. 1,23,100/- and other admissible allowances.
• Associate Professor: Fixed Basic Pay of Rs. 78,800/- and other admissible allowances.
• Assistant Professor: Fixed Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700/- and other admissible allowances.
• Senior Resident: Fixed Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700/- and other admissible allowances.

Retired employees/pensioners may draw total pay without deduction and can continue to draw pension and dearness relief on pension during their contractual engagement.

Eligible candidates must follow these steps to apply for the teaching faculty positions:

1. Email Application: Send a scanned copy of the completed Application Form along with all supporting documents to the email address: [email protected]. This must be submitted by 05:00 PM on 27.05.2026.
2. Interview Documents: On the date of the walk-in interview, applicants must carry the Original Application Form, all supporting documents, and the original Demand Draft (as Interview Fee, if applicable). These documents will be verified between 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. at the Office of Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, 2nd Floor, Pandeypur, Varanasi (UP)-221002.
3. Required Documents for Interview (self-attested copies to be attached with application form):
   • Admit Card/Certificate of passing Class 10th for Date of Birth.
   • All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MBBS.
   • All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MD/MS/DNB/Other Examination.
   • Valid EWS/OBC/EBC/SC/ST Certificate (if applicable, in Central Govt. job format, issued by Sub-Divisional Officer or Equivalent Authority).
   • State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate (updated).
   • Proof of Publication(s), Paper/poster presentation.
   • Experience Certificate.
   • Recent Passport Size Photograph.
   • Relieving Certificate from previous Employer (if applicable).
   • Aadhaar Card.
   • Completion Certificate of ICMR/NMC conducted Bio-medical research examination (if any).
   • NMC appeared Revised/Basic Medical Education Workshop Completion Certificate (if any).
4. Application should be submitted for each post separately in the prescribed format only. Incomplete or incorrectly formatted applications will be rejected.
5. Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) at the time of interview. If not immediately available, a copy of "applied for NOC" may be submitted.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
